GET MARRIED SOMEWHERE UNFORGETTABLE

Elopements across Alaska — from mountains and lakes to glaciers and beyond

YOUR WEDDING CAN BE THIS WILD.

No aisle. No ballroom. No audience required.
Just a place that makes you stop for a second and think, we're really getting married here.

JUST THE TWO OF YOU. AND ALASKA

A mountain. A glacier. A quiet lake. Somewhere we haven't thought of yet.
Tell us where you want to say I do. We'll figure out what it takes to get you there.

HOW DO YOU ELOPE IN ALASKA?

You’ll need an Alaska marriage license, someone authorized to perform the ceremony, and a place to say I do. After that, your wedding can be as simple—or as adventurous—as you want it to be.

Get married beside a lake. Hike into the mountains. Take a boat to a glacier. Land on one by helicopter....

Frequently Asked Questions

To legally marry in Alaska, you'll need:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID.
  • An Alaska marriage license (you can apply online before your trip).
  • The required waiting period after the license is issued (currently 3 days).
  • An authorized officiant to perform the ceremony.
  • At least one witness to sign the marriage license (if needed, we can provide one).

After your ceremony, we'll complete the legal paperwork and guide you through the final steps so your marriage is officially recorded.

If you're traveling from another state or another country, don't worry—we'll help you understand exactly what you'll need before you arrive.

WeDo4Ever experiences are designed around photography by Vania Lynd Photography. To ensure a seamless experience and consistent artistic direction, outside professional photographers are not included in WeDo4Ever-coordinated elopements. Guests are welcome to take casual photos before and after the ceremony as long as they do not interfere with the experience.

Because Alaska is unlike anywhere else. We help you avoid the guesswork by recommending locations, coordinating logistics, guiding you through the legal process, and creating an experience that's simple, personal, and stress-free—so you can focus on getting married, not managing details.
